The heads and stems of purple (Pink) Cauliflower are entirely edible; they can be added to soups, salads, or cooked as a vegetable. Bainganee Phool gobhi/purple cauliflower gives a stunning look to your garden, is just like white cauliflower, and has a mild, sweet, and nutty flavor, but is higher in antioxidants than white cauliflower.
